KMS Upgrades for Floyd Rose-style tremolos are organized by mechanical function and product family rather than by material alone.
The range includes coordinated titanium hardware for selected locking, adjustment, mounting and spring interfaces. MONOLITH Tremolo Blocks and KMS Locking Nuts form separate material-spanning product families because their selection depends on geometry, architecture and material choice together.
Select the correct mechanical architecture first — then choose material and finish.
Available Guide
Titanium Hardware Upgrades
Grade 5 titanium screw sets, locking hardware, fine-tuner components, mounting studs, Grade 2 titanium Spring Claws, the Fine Tuner Spring Plate Support Sheet and related replacement components for dimensionally compatible 6- and 7-string systems.
Additional Upgrade Families
MONOLITH Tremolo Blocks
The MONOLITH family includes modular Grade 5 titanium blocks and fixed-length block architectures in titanium, brass and aluminum. Selection depends on mounting pattern, installed block-body length, cavity clearance and Spring Retainer compatibility.
Select the MONOLITH configuration from the actual mounting pattern, required installed block-body length and available cavity clearance. Confirm the guitar’s block and cavity dimensions before ordering.
KMS Locking Nuts
KMS Locking Nuts are available in titanium, stainless steel and brass. Correct selection requires the actual nut size, radius, string spacing, installed height and mounting method.
Confirm nut size, radius, string spacing, installed height and mounting method before selecting material or finish.
Selection Principle
- Use Titanium Hardware Upgrades when replacing selected screws, locking parts, studs, spring or adjustment components.
- Use MONOLITH when the central question is tremolo-block architecture, material and installed length.
- Use KMS Locking Nuts when the central question is nut geometry, material, mounting method and shim configuration.
Compatibility remains product-specific.
The label “Floyd Rose-style” does not establish universal compatibility across screws, blocks, studs, locking nuts or tremolo-arm systems.
