2. Website Hosting and Technical Delivery
The KMS Knowledge Base is published using Super.so, operated by Super Publishing Co., with content maintained in Notion.
When you access the website, technical data necessary to deliver and secure the service may be processed. According to Super's Data Processing Agreement, this can include IP address, browser type, device information and access logs. The processing serves website delivery, security, reliability and technical performance.
The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is the secure, reliable and efficient operation of the Knowledge Base.
Super Publishing Co. is based in the United States and may use subprocessors in the United States and other countries, including infrastructure and content-delivery providers. Where required for transfers outside the EEA, Super states that the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses are incorporated into its Data Processing Agreement.
3. Notion
The source content for this website is maintained using Notion. Super lists Notion Labs, Inc. as a subprocessor for content storage and source data. The public website is delivered through the Super publishing layer.
4. Analytics and Tracking
The Knowledge Base is not intended to use advertising pixels or marketing trackers.
Super states that its integrated Super Analytics feature is privacy-focused, uses anonymous visitor data and does not use cookies. If the site configuration changes or additional analytics, embeds or tracking technologies are introduced, this Privacy Policy will be updated accordingly.

If you contact KMS by email, the information you provide is processed to respond to your request and, where applicable, to handle pre-contractual, contractual, product-support or other business communication.
